To provide the service we need basic personal and device information: your name, email, billing details, IP, device and browser info, and where your venue is located. You confirm you're 18 or older when you create an account.

What we use it for

To run Audiimax, bill your subscription, support you when something's wrong, improve the platform, and occasionally send you offers or newsletters you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Where your data lives

Audiimax is operated by AudiiMax Ltd in England. Data may be processed in the UK or EEA, and — for users in non-EEA markets — in our regional processing locations. We only transfer data to processors who meet applicable data protection law.

Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in and product analytics. You can refuse cookies from your browser, but doing so may limit parts of the service.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, or restrict or object to its processing. Email support@audiimax.com to exercise any of these.

Changes to this policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
